As part of my self education I am trying to locate a source of "website case
studies" with or without solutions. This might be similar to the RFP's that
www.guru.com offers to web professionals. The reason I am looking arround
for more choices is to get good access I would need to go ahead and pay more
than chump change for it.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom

I don't know if you're familiar with www.sitepoint.com but it's a great
resource.
you may find what you're looking for there.

Have you seen ContentSeed (www.contentseed.com)?

This is an unfortunate necessity due to high volumes of spam sent to email
addresses in public newsgroups.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

it kicks a$$.
if I were limited to just one site for web dev/ web business, that'd be the
one.

Chris,
I stumbled onto the "contest" section. That was exactly what I was looking
for. Examples of real-world problems that I could develop my "muscles" on
trying to solve. Many are over my head but now I have something to aspire
to.

Thanks,
Tom Miller

Glad to help Tom.
By the way;
besides Expression Web, have you downloaded any of the other products in the
Expression family?
I think you might really like blend and design.

Chris

The stuff I mention is either CTP, Beta 2, or has a 180 day free trial.

Your right. I might. The problem is budgetary.... But at least I already
own Office 2002/FP2002 and Jim B's book. I suppose the following should
explain many of the threads I have started over the last couple of days....
--------------------------------snip-----------------------------------
---------------------------------snip------------------------------------
While I really enjoyed writing what I just cut out..... It really was
pretty offtopic when the main on-topic-ness of this newsgroup is all about
FrontPage (and a little about its predecessor product(s) Expression Web).

Thanks,
Tom Miller, Mcp, Mous, A+ and way too many www.brainbench.com certifications
to count...
