I wonder if you can help me. I am interested in Macromedia's Dreamweaver
but cannot afford it at the moment.
Do you know if Macromedia does a free version of Dreamweaver (perhaps an old
version we can download free)?

If not does anyone know of a free program that is as close to Dreamweaver as
possible?

I hope you are able to help me.

I appreciate any help or information given.

Dreamweaver v2 was given away on a magazine cover disc some time ago.
 
Hi,

Macromedia has "education" licenses for DW. So if you are in school
fulltime,etc., you can get it for 99 USD.

NVU is the only freeware one which has close to the features (eg,
wysiwyg) you are interested in.
