Hi rj,

Whats the address of your website? The mshtml.dll error indicates that it is
something to do with your html <object> tag coding (scripting the browser
control?) or you have ill formed html code.

Try loading the site on IE SP1 (win2000 machine) as there are differences
between the mshtml libraries in these versions.

Regards.

The site is www.business.gov and the crash does not happen all the time. It
is very random. The cases we have seen is if one navigates between About Us
and Help then after few iterations of clicks IE crashes. Again not very
consistent behaviour. Thanks a lot for your help

Hi rj,

Works fine for me. It is probably some toolbar add-in that you have
installed. Since your errors occur when you are navigating between pages on
the same domain (web site) indicates that the add-in is tracking your
surfing history. Check the settings of your toolbars to see if you have any
privacy settings unchecked or quality control feedback options enabled.

Regards.

I just resolved the issue. We were using BASE tag in the body of the HTML
which was causing inconsistent crash in IE. Again seems there was some
sequence where browser was getting confused on what base to follow and thus
crashing. After removing all BASE tags we have not seen any crash so far.

Thanks again for your help in solving this case.
