WebServices and attachments

Hi,

does somebody know if it is possible in CF to send an XML file as
attachment using a webservice? That is, I want to send an XML file to a
WebService server. Up to now I read several things about SOAP and
attachments but I'm not quite sure if it is possible with the CF too.

this has a .NETcf DIME port which will send one attachment to a server.
