Can I develop and use apps created using asp.net on XP Home ?

I have a small LAN at home, can other users on the LAN also access the web
app ?

Hi,

You need Pro for the WebServer (IIS). It is not included in XP Home. An
alternative solution would be to use Apache server: www.apache.org

Does the Apache sever allow me to create apps using asp or asp.net ?

I am familiar with VB coding so asp etc would be my preference...
