Webroot Spysweeper installation error

Recently I haven't been able to upload any new definitions for spysweeper.
I'm getting a error saying Installation error and would have to reinstall. So
I uninstall and reinstall and it happened again and now I have no definitions
for spyware removal. I tried 3 more times and it keeps saying Installation
error. Reinstall program. Any suggestions that could help me? I'm on windows
ME trying to install the 4.5 version of Webroot Spysweeper.
