Webroot Customer Service

I recently purchased the download version of Spy Sweepwer as a renewal
and it has never worked. I attempted the soulution offered by the
producer and while the program indicated it downloaded properly, later
on, Spy Sweeper continues to indicate that the subscription has
expired. I spoke with customer service via email 3x, first trying
their solution which failed, then to request a refund which was agreed
to, and then finially I received a cc email refusing a refund since the
product was now over 30 days old. I believe that Webroot never
delivered an operational product so it is not yet a day old, nor is it
marketable as implied since it never worked. I was wondering whether
any others experienced this type of service from Webroot. I thought
that they were reputable and stood behind their produce, even when they
cannot make it work?

Well , this is Microsoft newsgroups and they have been made for ^support^ of
Microsoft products and related stuff .
I realize your problem . However , only the vendor (Webroot) can help you
since the problem is connected to your licence . Webroot are reputable
company and they make pretty good antispyware product (SpySweeper) but I
don't know what are they behind the product which means I have never used
SpySweeper and I have never needed their support or offices. What I have read
is that their product is really great ,unfortunately it is not available in
my country.
