Webpage will not pull up!

I was just logged on to this site (Rivals.com) and now it will not work at all. I know for a fact that it is up because i emailed the head guy and called friends who were logged on. Whenever I try to go to it, it comes up with the message "This Page Cannot be Displayed". It is only on this site that it does this to me. I am desperate, please help!
 
I have also tried on three different computers (all networked) and get the same thing on each of them
