The only errors I would worry about fixing are the Html stuctural errors like broken tags
td w/o a closing td in lines 34, 38, 66 and 379, 382, 387
and the stray CENTER tag in line 1126
plus the syntax error in line 1000 ('+'vspace=3 shouls just be vspace=3)

And a font tag <font face="Helvetica"> in line 834 w/o a corresponding Windows font
Plus you have a couple external links being reported as broken you should check
