Webpage size

When I place thumbnail photos on my Frontpage 2000 screen, I can only layout
the image about half way across the page. Why is this? In the option page
screen I set my right margin as small as possible, but that seems to have no
effect. What am I doing wrong?
 
Build your page in tables and set the images in table cells
