Hello

I use ie6 sp2.

In order to save ink ( colour or black ) how can I enable just the printing
of text and images of an internet webpage and not print the background
colours of the webpage.

Sometimes webpages have multitude of colours for their background. For me
it would be a waste of ink when I only need to see the text and images. I'd
appreciate a solution. Thank you.

Hi,
Internet Options> Advanced> Printing> uncheck "Print background colors and
images."

Thank you Don. It is unchecked so webpage is sorted. I use xp sp2 home
edition.

If I open C:\ or F:\ (dvd rom0 or G:\ (dvd rw) drives on the left is a blue
column with several headings like System Tasks, File and Folder Tasks, Other
Places and Details.

The column has blue background. When printing this page I am wasting quite
a bit of blue colour. How can I print this page without background colour ?
I'll appreciate your reply. Thank you.

Regards
Hash
