A colleague is struggling at this moment. His system is XP Home
(legitimate, of course) and up to date. He has always accessed Yahoo
webmail from his computer via his browser. He recently ran "ccleaner" which
may be coincidental to the onset of the problem.
Now, he gets to Yahoo, logs in no problem, can read his emails, but cannot
send email or delete email. His account shows his folders to be at 5%
capacity so it is not an "over-stuffed" folders issue. He was able to
delete an email, as a test, from another computer.
So, where should I tell him to look first for a solution to this?
