WebFldrsXP ?!

I recently noticed some entries in the Application Logs of one of my
workstations. It was
source: MsiInstaller EventID: 11728 Description: Product: WebFldrsXP --
Configuration completed successfully

I'm not sure what WebFldrsXP is. I checked other workstations and these
entries do not appear.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Is this something to be
concerned about? Information on the web seems a bit anemic.

It is there and it is a Microsoft sub-application.
