Does anyone have any idea on how to block a user from joining a webex
"meeting" ??

The idea of having an outside vendor gaining access to a company
computer to "diagnose" (read: reconfigure) a problem is not very
appealing to a network administrator.

Any thoughts??

I am not familiar with Webex, but try to find out what ports it requires and then
block access to those ports with your firewall. Ideally you want to use a firewall
that by default blocks all outbound traffic and then you create the exceptions for
authorized traffic sudh as port 80 tcp for http web access. You also may want to
block the IP address for it's website. The link below shows ports 21 and 1010 for
Webex. If you can connect to it from a computer, you can use netstat -an or an free
utility like TCPView to try and track down what ports and IP addresses it uses. ---
