I take it you want to check that you can recieve video from someone else? To
do that you need to exchange msn email addresses with the other person and
have them add you to their contact list. It isn't wise giving such details
on public newsgroups because of spam.
I live in the UK but if you contact me using the details on my 'contact me'
web page on my website
http://xphelpandsupport.mvps.org and let me have your
hotmail/msn email address (only send me these details via email, don't post
them here) i will add you to my contact list and you can see how the web cam
works ( assuming we are both online at the same time, of course.) Once you
are satisfied i can give you instructions on how to delete the contact
information so you won't be disturbed by me if you are online at other
times.
