My XP keeps kicking out my driver for the webcam, and then won't detect it in the USB port. It won't connect. Help please

I'd guess that it isn't compatible with XP. You probably
ought to go to the compatibility page ans see if it is.

i would thy finding the place in your settings that
allows ports(if on yahoo it is port 5100 that needs to be
allowed) if it is a cheaper web cam that could also be
the problem i would try buying a labtec webcam in the 50
to 200 dollar range if you can.
