webcam won't work with direcway statitlite connection

I have windows xp...since we went from a dial up connection to a statilite
connection the camera won't load on camarades web site. It will load for
yahoo messenger... what could be my problem (other then the user)

Works with one product, not the other? Sounds like that products problem.
Contact them.

Also consider that with DirecWay, you have a delay involved when sending and
receiving data that may not be handled well by some services.
