II have a new logitech webcam and my daughter a new trust webcam. We both
have Live Messenger v. 8 installed and have tried to use the video. Both
have been set up from the messenger tools/video setup and both display well
on their own computers but they will not connect. All either of us get is
the blank screen saying connecting which eventually times out and cuts the
webcam stream. Is this a problem with a firewall, connection speed or what.
I am on DSL and my daughter on a university hi speed server. All other
aspects of messenger work fine. Help Please!
