webcam driver install

I must install drivers for Logitech Webcam Express.

I've this devices in my database, but it doesn't work.

I would like to install driver manually using the .exe installer owner
Logitech, but it doesn't work because it need a graphical resolution of
monitor at least 1024x768.

Which elements I've to include to let me set resolution at 1024x768?

You'll need the right driver for the graphics card, and if you're
planning to install that rather than use a component, the desktop
control panel in order to set it.

thank's a lot, but I can't find "desktop control panel" in my database. I
think you would say "display control panel".

right?
