Webcam Audio Out Problem

I have installed a Logitech Pro 5000 on an HP dv5220us notebook and trying to
use it on MSN Live Messenger. I can hear the person I talk to but they
can't hear me. The video is excellent. I also have an HP Pavilion a316n
which runs XP Home SP2. The notebook runs XP Media Edition SP2. I am sorry
to drag out my question but feel I need to give enough information.

This isn't the first time I have tried to use a webcam with a built in
microphone and not had it work. If I use an external microphone while using
the webcam the person I talk to can hear me. Several months ago I tried to
install a Micro Innovations IC200C webcam to just the desktop and had the
same problem. Both of these times I have installed the two webcams I did all
the tests the webcam software ask for and also the windows OS required. The
sound was good and worked fine on the computers. The problem comes up when I
try to send the audio out.

This has been driving me crazy and hope someone can help me. I'm fairly new
at all the computer stuff so please take pity on me. I can believe that both
webcams have something wrong with the built in microphones so the problem
must lie somewhere else.

Thanks and I apologize for being so lengthy and hope I have rambled so much
that you can't figure out what my problem is.

You can use H264WebCamPro 2.01, This is a 16-channel h264 remote video
camera surveillance software for Windows, and has unique H264 User Name
mode to manage dynamic ip address on internet, very useful to ADSL or
other dynamic ip surveillance system.

Thanks for the input h264 but my problem had been solved before your reply.
Do appreciate your time and information, though. Have a great day!
