WebCam 32: LIVE FEED Setup question?

How to setup 3 single ccd mini-DV cameras using Webcam 32 software and
a Win XP computer, and using Windows Media Encoder. The resolution of
this video (320x240) is very poor. I want to improve it so it looks as
good as from a mini-DV camera. The video
is shot live for a yoga class.
If this is not a good setup, please recommend any better setup.
 
If you want to stream 3 different videos simultaneously using a good
resolution, I hope you have a T3 connection to the internet and a Server
capable of handling such a huge amount of data......
