Webbot error w/form submission

I have a web site authored completely in FrontPage that does a form
submission perfectly.

I have another client's web site not authored in FrontPage, and I wanted to
create a single page for a form submission in FrontPage and take advantage of
FP server extensions provided by the web host to process the email submission
and a file upload. Although everything seemed to set up beautifully in FP,
when I run the form in the browser (www.orangetext.com/contact2.html) and
submit my email message, I get a Not Found error (The requested document was
not found on this server.) and the address bar is showing
www.orangetext.com/--WEBBOT-SELF--.

Would this be indicative of a server configuration error, or must I have a
site that is fully authored in FP for this to work?

thanks,
Luann

1) Most hosts do not support sending mail to other than an address at their server
2) The form uses FP Upload - requires a windows server configured on a host that supports it

Thanks -- I had put in my hotmail address as a test but will try a domain
address in case that's the problem.

Otherwise, assuming everything is set up correctly on the server, does the
web site have to be a true FP web site (i.e., does it need all those folders
and files that FP creates when it creates a web site), or can it function as
a standalone web page?

thanks,
Luann

Must be a "full" FP Web running under the FP 2002 SE on a Windows server and w/ a host that allows/supports it
