Web view links not working

I'm running Windows 2000 SP4 and installed Q329115, Q828749 and Q824145 on 11/14. After I rebooted, I noticed that nothing happens
when I click on the blue folder links "My Documents", My Network Places" etc. in Windows Explorer (I have Web view enabled). Oddly,
if I bring up "My Computer", I can click on "Network and Dial-Up Connections" and it will navigate there but not to "My Documents" or
"My Network Places" I uninstalled the hotfixes but it didn't seem to help. I also checked folder.htt and image.htt in C:\WINNT\Web and
everything looks OK. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Lou

There are 3 people in my office having the exact same problem. I've
been searching all day to find a fix and haven't found anything.

If you find one, please let me know!

Same problem here. Was there a security patch sent my Microsoft that
disabled the My Documents and My Network Places in the Web View folder
content?

Workaround:

Uninstall Internet Explorer SP1 Cumulative Security Patch KB824145 and reboot.
