Web Template for online company

I am setting up a company selling goods across the internet.
My site is being done in MS FrontPage 2003 (as it's the only programme I
know).
Rather than reinvent the wheel, does anyone know where I can get a template
to start off the website?
It is massively time consuming to design from scratch, and I am not a pro.
I need the obvious pages: product library, purchase page, registration,
update & info.

StoreFront is a good plug in for ECommerce. It folds right into the FrontPage
IDE. Jim also has a nice answer, as some ISPs do have this funcationality set
up.

Ask your host if they have any packages that do this. Most do.

This is far easier and cheaper that writing or purchasing yuor own
storefront software from scratch.
