web site oddity

I have a client who cannot view or D/L pictures from one particular web
site, the site opens OK but when they click on the link to the
library of jpegs they wish to view none are visible - no errors or
red X's, just the
titles of the pictures appear.
The other machines on their Peer to Peer LAN can access the pictures
OK, and the machine in question can get jpegs off their own web
site or other sites they are interested in.

All help appreciated

Check to see if the site has been flagged as restricted.

Tools->Internet Options->Security
