Web site error

When I try to go to the Microsoft home page I will either
get a blank white screen or I will get the following
script error.

Database error: connect(localhost, monkey, $Password)
failed.
MySQL Error: ()
Session halted

I am getting this on both Windows 98 and NT O/S.

Does anyone know of a solution?
Please help.

Run System Restore to earlier date. Fixed mine for same
problem.
