Web site building

I am building a personal business web site and am trying
to figure out how to get it to the web. I can publish it
to an MSN domain but i have a local provider that i would
like to use. Some say i will need some special software
while others don't. What are your thoughts? Thanks in

Talk to your local provider. They may have a page that allows you to upload
your site. They may require that you upload it using an ftp client. We
wouldn't know what your local provider has set up for transfer of web
pages.

having same problem. Wizard keeps asking for password.
MS tells me wizard should be able to publish to any
site.

Let me know what you find.
