I can't get pictures to display correctly on reece and nichols, a realestate web site. Pictures will display fine on onther web sites utilizing the MLS service. Also, the 360 virtual tours won't work, instead of a tour I get "Vis 360 redirect" and a white window. I've called Road runner and they think that it is my IE advanced settings, but they don't know which ones. Reece and Nichols doesn't know what there settings are, so they were no help. Can anyone tell me what needs to be changed in the IE settings? Just so you know the pictures come up, they are just blocks/lines of colors. You can't tell what you are looking at
Thanks

Looks like something is blocking the pictures. Check your security settings
in IE.

Other programs may be blocking the pictures. Temporarily disable firewall,
ad-blocker, popup blocker, and anti-virus.

Do you have a router? Router comes with hardware firewall.

Thank you. I changed the secuity settings and that failed. So I put them
back and disabled my add/subtract and adaware, the pictures are fine now.
Do you happen to know if there is anyway to verify the website to those
programs so that I can be protected while usinge the web site? If not,
thank you so much for the help. That problem has been driving me crazy for
at least a week.

Sounds as if your video card/drivers are inadequate.
Try using Display settings to turn things down a notch
and see if that combination works any better.

FWIW my XP Display Properties Settings dialog has a Troubleshoot...
button. I would try what it suggests too.

BTW this is slightly off-topic for this newsgroup.
You might get better help from a newsgroup which specializes
in your OS or your computer's video card.

Good luck
