Web Services not working with CF SP2

I am writing a Pocket PC 2003 application using Visual Studio2003 and .NET 1.1. Originally, I was using CF SP1 on my PocketPC and my connections with my web services were fine. I'veupdated my Pocket PC to SP2, and now I receive aSystem.NET.WebException error anytime I call one of my services.The only other information I can get from the error is theStatus as "ConnectFailure".

Is there something I must do differently to connect to mywebservices in SP2 from SP1?

If I'm leaving out any important details, please ask. And thanksin advance for any help.
 
Can u send me some more information and I'll attempt to narrow down the
problem here.
Please include the endpoint and other relevant information.
