Web Service Metadata

Hi is there any way of getting the metadata if a web service in a similar
way to reflection. The business objects on the local app map very closely to
this quite large web service application layer. I want to do some code
generation. I was just wondering is there an easy way to get at the meta
data (I am new to web services)
