We have a Windows 2000 web server that freezes every 45
to 60 days. Normally the fix is to reinstall the new
Windows 2000 updates or the service pack. We did both and
the server still freezes. The desktop screen is displayed
but the mouse nor the keyboard keys will work. We power
the system off to restart it.
The error log does not show any errors that help. The
swap file was increased in size.
