Web search returns results outside specified folder

I Cannot get the search form results to stop returning hit from outside the
specified folder. There are hits that don't fit the specific criteria. They
will not open, but they are annoying.
 
Have the host re-build the Index Catalog and limit it to the specific folder, etc.
