Web presentation to fill the screen

Ben

I can publish my presentation to the web, but i'd like to
set it such that it automatically fills the screen when
viewed without the viewer switching his browser to full
screen mode. Preferably I'd like to even get rid of the
toolbar that remains there even in full screen mode, in
other words I'd like the viewer to see nothing else but
the presentation on his screen. I could provide a button
on the slide show to restore the viewer back to his
normal viewing mode when the presentation is over if
necessary. Would that be possible?
Thank you.

Hello Ben,

Are you publishing your presentations as *.PPT/*.PPS files or in Web
formats (HTML/MHTML)?

PowerPoint does not have the specific capability that you are looking for
although, if publishing in a Web format, the HTML/MHTML file can be
modified, after the fact, to get the desired result. As far as opening a
*.PPT/*.PPS from a web page hyperlink, we're somewhat at the mercy of
individual local user settings the browser and the shell for the machine on
which the presentation is being viewed.

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide greater control over how presentation is viewed by others when
opened from a web page, don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN
WORDS, please) to Microsoft at:

In my case, I save the file on the web as a PPT/PPS. When I click on a link to it, I get the powerpoint in the browser just fine, and I can click Browse and Full screen and I get full screen PowerPoint, I just want to default to that behavior. And I do not want to use HTML. I'm using IE6

I tried the trick of adding FullScreen() to the Load function. It worked, but my presentation contains audio, and I got a terrible echo. Any other ideas? (PPT2000).
