Web Photo Quality

When opening any browser (aol, msn, netzero) the picture
quality is poor and I cannot view the photo clearly. When
opening the properties I note that the size is 400 to 600
range. When I right click the mouse I get options
to "display image with full quality" and it works great,
but how come I cannot get the full quality initially.

Help!!!
 
You net zero does not send the full resolution of your picture cause that
would take too long. Instead of 5 times faster...! You get 5 times less
content and that's your High Speed. Its a rip.
