There are some web pages that do not load on my desktop; however, the same
webpage will load on my laptop. It's not the sites that I am going to, can
anyone help me to figure out what is wrong.

Please email me @ (e-mail address removed)

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS

I have several files under the name hosts. They are as follows:
Hosts / C:\Progam Files\system32\drivers\etc / Spyware supplemental file
Hosts / C:windows/system32\drivers\etc / File
Please let me know what I should do.

Thanks, I appreciate your help!!

Marc,
Looks like you are using SpyBot's crappy HOSTS file .....

Symtom: Page cannot be displayed / Cannot find server or DNS Error

In the event you can not access a site and you believe it
may be due to an entry in the HOSTS file.

You can use a simple batch file to rename the HOSTS file "on-the-fly".
