web pages don't load properly

Web pages don't load properly. I can't see some graphics
and some pages don't load fully. Is it something in my
security settings. I recently ran pcpitstop.com and I
think one of there auto setups changed things
 
I have exactly the same issue. Styles and images are not
loaded so a big mess is displayed. It happens on and off
and rebooting seems to be the only solution so far.
Nevertheless it does not happen in every site. Some
websites do still show all the images properly.
If by any chance you get an answer to this problem, please
let me know
