I'm using a robot which download webpages from the web. The robot work on a
couple of machines: Some of them are PC, one is an old IBM server. All of
them are win2k server. All of them within same LAN, share same network
resources.
I have noticed that the fastest server is the old IBM, server, though it is
not the stongest as far as hardware configuration.
My question is how do I elevate the performance of the other machines. I
thought of increasing concurent connection sessions of opening a web pages on
win2k server.
Is there a limit to the number of pages a server is able to open at once?
maybe some other idea?
