At the bottom of the page, there should be a line that
shows a security yellow "pad-lock" This line is no longer
there, how do I get it back........thanks

Nick-O,
This might solve your problem... Open IE and go to VIEW on the Menu bar
at the top and make sure there is a check in front of STATUS BAR and if
there is not, click on the Status Bar and it should be there next time you
open IE.
