Web Page Wizard

I'm taking a class using booklet which says to get to the
above wizard - pull down file menu, click on new command,
click the link to General Templates tgo open the
Templates dialog box. Click the Web Pages tab, then
double click the Web Page Wizard icon to start the wizard.

When I click the Web Page icon it takes me to a blank
document page, not to the Web Page Wizard icon.

How do I tell if the Web Page Wizard is installed on my
computer?
