web page width is to big and does not fit monitor screen and each web site i
bring up does the same thing.Please help me???

Simply L.click & hold when the pointer double arrows,then drag to desired
width,do for all 4 sides....

Write to the clueless Webmasters and complain. There is no excuse for
making a fixed-width design, outside of a few special cases.
