web page size

all of a sudden all the web pages i go to are extremely
large. nothing i do will get them back to the original
size. can anyone help....i tried calling microsoft but
they are a waste product - wanting to charge me to answer
my question!
 
Take the mouse to the edge of page,when it double arrows, L.click,then move
the page as desired,do this at the 4 sides.XP should keep the settings every time
you open or close IE.Make sure the 3 boxes r.upper corner (center in particular),
has only one box showing not two.
