Web Page shows title bar only when opened.

For about 3 months, when I click on a Web Site, only the
title bar comes up. I have to click the "maximize" button
to get the full page. What do I need to do?

Hi,
You should be able to grab the edges of that "window" and stretch it to full
size. Make it the last window you close and it should remember that size.
