Hello all. I have a weird sort of problem, and I apologize if it has
already been solved. I maintain an Apache 2.0.54 (Linux 2.6.11)
server, and every time users running IE (I've seen this duplicated on
machines running XP and Win2k running the latest version of IE) visit a
specific page on the server, http://sa.binghamton.edu/groups.htm, the
page stops loading at the header of the table.
Now, several things are weird about this, namely 1.) this literally
just started happening one day; no changes were made to the page at all
prior to this problem, and I didn't touch any of the settings on the
server, 2.) the page appears fine in Mozilla/Firefox, and 3.) the page
in question was made with FrontPage It would seem a little silly if
Microsoft-generated websites couldn't be displayed in Microsoft web
browsers...
I found this, http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=823386, which seems to
relate to my problem, but not really, since it's only that one page
that doesn't load.
Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance,
Diane
