web page pictures not displayed

this is the best way i know to discribe.....
i got to my e-bay page. my pictures of what i am selling,
or wanting to look at to buy, do not show up, and alot of
things show up as X in a box.... what is wrong????? please
help me

On your top line go to tools/internet
Click to expand...
options/advanced/multimedia and make sure you have
checked the correct options
 
Check under tools, options, advance tab and under
Multimedia. Make sure the show pictures box is checked..

Confused.
