Web page on disk?

I need to submit my home page on a disk to a web judging contest. The
problem I have is that I can put the htm file and graphics on the disk, but
my drop down menu is a java file. Does anyone know of a way to make this
java file work from the disk so it can be view when one opens up the htm
file from the disk?

Any help, much appreciated.

Make sure all images, scripts and files
are inside your web and then
publish your "web" to folder.
Copy or burn the folder to the disk.

If it's a floppy you can publish straight to the floppy.
