Web page not loading unless "s" is added to http

I have one address (www.costco.com) that I've loaded in the past has stopped
working. On a whim I added an "s" to the http in their address and the page
loads.

Its obviously some sort of security issue, but where should I look?

I hate to mess too much with my settings if its something that they changed
on their page. I don't seem to be having any problems with other sites.

FWIW My security level is set to medium, and am using Norton Internet
security firewall, also using a Linksys router.

rina, is that the ONLY website that won't load properly? it loaded ok
for me.

Yes, it's the only one. I've also discovered that it won't load on another
computer in my network running a different operating system.

I keep trying to figure what has changed in the last couple of weeks...
Something is blocking that site.

At this point I think maybe my router security.

Annoying, but gaining lots of trouble shooting experience.

you might try deleting your IE temp files and cookie files and see if
that clears up the problem.
