Web page information?

There used to be an optional tool which you could install
for internet explorer which would show complete size
information about a web page. In a separate window, a
complete list would be displayed of each image and it's
size, and a bunch of other stuff, which I can't remember
now. The last time I needed to use this was in 1999, so
haven't actually seen it since that time. Can anybody
help? I searched everywhere.
