When I check my uploaded web page (www.youthrugby.net) in
Explorer, on my desktop and laptop, it looks normal. But
if I check the website at work, or from another computer,
all the buttons and logos have moved and overlapped.

Can someone please advise me what I am to do. Thanks.

Avoid using absolute positioning, instead use tables to structure your page
layout. If you are using tables, then used fixed pixel width instead of %
width.
