Web page graphics are resized?

When I click on a link (from a web site) to go to a certain graphic, in this case a
stock market chart, for a split second the graphic will be displayed from left border to
right border, filing the page...but then it is quickly resized to take up only about
5/8ths of the page. Sometimes this is too small to read the small type around the
chart.

Is there a way to shut off or control this automatic resizing? I've tried reseting the
text size but that doesn't make any difference.

In IE

Tools>Internet Options...>Advanced>Multimedia>uncheck Enable Automatic Image
Resizing
