Web only works once

I can publish my discussion web site to my local host and it works fine the
first time it opens in internet explorer. I can add posts and see them.

However, when I close internet explorer and then open it again to access my
local host site I get discussion page problems.

When I post I get

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.


I am running xp professional, server extensions are installed and the pages
were developed using frontpage 2003.

The discussion pages were built using fronpages disussion wizard.

Any help would be great.

How come my site only works once?
 
I'd love to, where do I find it?
